Customer Service and Returns Policy


Our priority is customer satisfaction and we will always try to resolve any issues as quickly and pleasantly as possible.

 

If after receiving your item/s you change your mind and wish to return your order for a refund you may do so by notifying us by email within 7 working days of delivery on condition the goods have not been used, are unopened, kept within original undamaged packaging and remain in a saleable condition. In this instance the cost of return delivery to The Toy Centre is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are made within 7 days of the goods being returned in a satisfactory condition.

Cancellation prior to delivery

If you wish to cancel your order before the goods have been delivered please inform us as soon as possible by email info@thetoycentre.co.uk.

Please note that our dispatch process commences as soon as your order has been placed and in some circumstances, we may not be able to stop the order. If this occurs, the safe return of the item to us is the responsibility of the customer and the above conditions apply.

If you wish to return your order due to fault

Please carefully check your item/s upon delivery. In the unlikely case of damage or a fault we ask you to please notify us within 48 hrs by email.

Damaged or faulty goods which are to be returned should be suitably packaged and in their delivered condition, with all packaging materials, labels, manuals and accessories intact. We can either offer you a replacement product or a full refund. The safe return of the item to us is the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note:

When returning items for a refund or exchange please ensure that all original packing materials are included, the box must be unmarked with no tape or additional labels attached. We cannot provide a refund unless the item and its packaging is in the same condition as it was when received.

For your protection, we advise that if you are returning an item you insure it for the full amount of the invoice plus postal or shipping charges. For the avoidance of doubt, we shall not be responsible for returned items lost or damaged whilst in transit.
